"My son came home buzzing after hearing you speak this week. He was energized, keen and focused. He was also given tools during the day to do something about those positive thoughts. He now had more than just an idea – he knew he could do it. There was something in your speech that talked directly to him.
Of course he now counts you as one of his best friends… since best friends always encourage each other to be the best they can be. You have set him on a journey of discovery about himself & the success that he deserves. From the bottom of my heart…Thank you" - Nicola Fox

Don't Foul Out is an extraordinary presentation to motivate, excite, entertain and educate high school students.
Ten seconds left on the clock... Five fouls against you... One more and you're out of the game... This is the moment where you need to define yourself! And, of course, keep you in the game!
Don't Foul Out is an extraordinary presentation to motivate, excite, entertain and educate high school students. Eric comes charged to turn at-risk students in the right direction as he addresses vital topics including the value of education, university choices, careers, alcohol and drugs, and the amazing power of vision. Eric will not talk down to these adolescents and has a special way of relating to them in an enthused, mentor-like fashion. Preaching and lecturing to teens never gets the point across as effectively as truly connecting with them and meeting them at their level.
Don't Foul Out is an inspiring wake up call to the inner potential of at-risk youth. Let Eric reach out to your group of students with his sense of humor, compelling insights, and lessons learned facing the challenges of growing up in South Central Los Angeles. Get ready for them to laugh, cry, and ultimately, turn the corner in life! They may walk in confused, troubled and disengaged youth, but they will walk out of the programgalvanized, fired up and prepared to make the best possible life choices.

Help your students to reach the right decisions as Eric talks about how to achieve ultimate life goals through the power of vision.
Graduate to Greatness! is for students at the end of their high school career who are about to make the transition to university, college, or the workforce. Clearly this is a critical moment in the lives of these young adults. Many students at this point in their lives may experience a great deal of anxiety, confusion and uncertainty about what path to take. In many cases, this causes them to lack faith in themselves and doubt their ability to chart the course of their own lives. In Graduate to Greatness! Eric helps students to make this important life transition with confidence and enthusiasm.
Graduation is a crucial time for teenagers and the perfect opportunity to make them aware that although one door has closed, a bigger one has now opened. Actually, the great big world is not scary at all and, in fact, offers all the possibilities they can imagine. Help your students to reach the right decisions as Eric talks about how to achieve ultimate life goals through the power of vision. Eric will bring to this program not just clear direction, encouragement and empowerment, but also key life experiences that he will gladly share with the participants.

Total Self-Confidence specially designed to help you develop the tools to recognize your own unique strengths
I'm too fat... My clothes aren't cool... How do I get them to like me?... I'm never going to be good at that...
Sound familiar? It's that little voice inside your head that is undermining the best version of yourself! Unfortunately, a lack of confidence is something most teens suffer with. Don't let it allow you to succumb to the pressures of peers when you can have more to offer the world! Further, don't allow these negative tapes to play in your head in a way that stalls your pathway to confidence and happiness. Self-confidence, no matter what stage you're at in life, gives you a massive edge... whether you're trying to ace a test, get a date, or make the team. It takes courage and independence, qualities that Eric instills in the Total Self-Confidence program. Eric will take everything he knows, everything he has experienced and every tool that he has to impart to the participants the keys to total confidence. Imagine maneuvering your way through every day with your head held high, a smile on your face and the keen understanding that you can tackle anything that life throws at you?
Total Self-Confidence is an energizing presentation specially designed by Eric Bailey to help you develop the tools to recognize your own unique strengths... what makes you, you! This is about learning to look inside to discover that you already have what you think you lack outside! The transformation will be remarkable and you will walk away a winner.

Bye Bye Bullying empowers you to make changes in your community that ensure an end to bullying of all forms.
Around the world, bullying has been nothing short of an epidemic in recent years. What was once thought of as a harmless rite of childhood passage is now seen as a real and legitimate threat to our youth. While degrees of bullying may vary from the mild to the moderate to the downright torturous, none of it should be tolerated in a civil society. Unfortunately, children feel helpless in the face of bullying and much too ashamed to reach out for help. This is where adult mentors and role models need to step up and speak out on behalf of the innocent children. This is when children need to feel empowered in the face of bullying and the bullies themselves need to be on notice that such behavior will never be tolerated. This where Eric Bailey steps in to heal a broken situation, gives children hope, provides inspiration and offers vital tools to deal with any bullying situation. For bullies, those being targeted, teachers, parents and administrators….this program addresses all of you and empowers you to make changes in your community that ensures an end to bullying of all forms.
"…Eric was able to address students on issues that we have as priorities in out school…Days after his visit, I still hear students talking together about Eric's visit to our school. They are animated and positive…Ongoing visits from such a personable and motivating individual are something that students and staff alike will be anticipating keenly…" – Helen Hocking, Year 9 coordinator Kwinana Senior High School
Eric Bailey was really inspirational and I thought he was very brave to keep going. He helped me to be more determined and work towards my dream.
– Gemma Woolley, Year 7 Caulfield Grammar student
On behalf of the Year 11 Students at St Mary's College, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our school and talk about goal setting. To hear real life experiences made the idea of succeeding a real possibility. Compared to many other speakers we have heard, your experiences were much easier to relate too, and full of emotion. Thank you so much for sharing your experiences and knowledge, they were invaluable. – Anne-Clare Flannigan, Year 11 Student St Mary's College
His presentation is engaging, as he reaches the students on their level, and uses humour, real life and serious messages together to create an atmosphere of 'serious fun'…Personally, I believe Eric is one of those rare people who has the ability to grab people's attention and make them listen to him. – Jennifer Adams Ass, Senior Centre Coordinator Clairvaux Mackillop College
Eric captures an audience with his energy, passion, sincerity & belief in him & in others. He awakens your own positive belief to reaffirm or convince yourself that you can make a difference & you can achieve your goals, regardless of your obstacles. He is a storyteller, a motivator, an inspirer & he connects with the audience through his words, actions, sense of humour & absolute belief in what he is stating. I recommend Eric Bailey for any audience as for some, the effect is immediate, & for others, takes a few days to sink in, as he makes you think, he creates or recreates a fire within to act. – Louissa Edwards, Campus Head of Middle School, Caulfield Grammar School
